Frequently Asked Questions

It’s easy! Just click the Get a Quote button and we’ll take it from there.
After you request a quote, we’ll send you a simple form to fill out to gather more details. Sometimes all we need is a floor plan drawing. Other times we’ll need CAD drawings and decor boards. It’ll just depend on your project.
You’ll be kept in the loop at all times through our web-based proofing app. The proofing process allows you to approve each stage as we move forward to the final result.
Several factors affect the delivery schedule, including the scope of your project, the complexity (animations or interactive elements) of the design, and the volume of work on the schedule ahead of you. A typical exterior rendering can take as little as one to two working days. An interactive exterior rendering with multiple decors may take seven to ten working days. An interactive kitchen could take three to four weeks, depending on complexity. So hopefully these give you a frame of reference. Cutaway renderings for RVs typically take 4-5 working days We value personal attention and VIP service!
You’ll have an opportunity to make at least two revisions without incurring additional costs. For example, a typical rendering contains two main stages. The modeling stage and the rendering stage. During each stage, you’ll receive proofs to review and will have an opportunity to make revisions. For a more complex project, such as an animation or interactive sales tool, there may be additional stages of reviews and therefore more opportunities to make revisions.
Your project proofs are uploaded to a web-based proofing app that allows everyone involved to be kept up to date and aware of all comments being made, as well as the status of the project.
Once the final images are approved, your project files are then stored in the cloud where you can easily access them at your convenience.

Yes! With 3D renderings, animations, and interactive sales tools, you can show your customer your final vision even before you begin to build. You can exhibit multiple models and their variations before they roll off the line. And you can create a stellar customer service experience.
You’ll still want to photograph your model(s) for your marketing materials once they’re produced, but when some of your models are still in the concept phase, you can use 3D renderings (photorealistic images) that communicate your vision in an instant. Plus, renderings can be much more cost effective. Showcasing products with multiple decor packages, graphics, options, and configurations is often just not feasible with photography.
If you offer a variety of options and décors, we can create an interactive sales tool that will help your customers visualize what they’re ordering. The interactive process lets the customer click and choose things like cabinet finishes, door pulls, backsplashes, appliance colors, and more. You’re giving your customer a chance to be the architect or interior designer, and the interactive process creates buy-in and builds confidence in their purchasing decision.
We understand the need for confidentiality, especially when you’re developing a brand-new model or product that will give you a competitive edge. We don’t talk about your project until you’re ready to launch it to the public.
A typical project requires a 50% deposit. You will receive an invoice for the deposit once you approved your estimate. The remaining amount will be invoiced at the end of the project.
